English superstar David Beckham along with Major League Soccer’s LA Galaxy hit the ground in Vancouver on Wednesday November 7th in an exhibition match against the United Soccer League’s Vancouver Whitecaps at BC Stadium.

The tie match attracted over 48,000 fans to the stadium. The crowd was the fourth-largest in Vancouver professional soccer history, cheering each time Beckham touched the ball or took a corner kick.
